What’s better than spending the weekend outside with friends? Um learning about animal tracks, camping and fossils and rocks! @mackidsbooks and @odddotbooks sent Kason these awesome books so he could go out on a whole adventure! His favorite book ofcourse is the rock, fossil and shell y’all know he loves his rocks and crystals. We made our way down to Fort Worth to finally visit @dreamparkfw 🙌🏼 and it did not disappoint the kids had so much fun. Although I had two mini heart attacks because I lost sight of them for .2 seconds. I really need to invest on a tracking device for them 😂 or I might need to do what @onmymommyestbehavior does and come up with a code word.

Summer vacations are here and I am determined to take them somewhere fun or do a fun little activity at home every weekend. #campmiriam has officially began 😂

Life laughing at me when I thought I could survive a 12hr car ride listening to nothing but trap music 🙃

So I never disclosed our road trip destination because I low key forgot lol but we went to Georgia! It was a nice little family getaway and another state I can take off my bucket list. The scenery is totally my vibe but that traffic 😖 yeah no not it.

Anyways y’all we’re starting off a new month which means new goals! I actually accomplished one of my big goals last month 🙌🏼 so I’m excited to see what else I can cross off. I may or may not be working on my blog this month 👀 So stay tuned to find out.

I have a lot to say apparently but the picture doesn’t seem to fit what I’m trying to say lol. I know I’m not the only one who struggles with this 😂 but anyways y’all i am super excited about this weekend because I’ll be going out of town. You know I’m trying to catch all kinds of trips, road trips, boat trips, flights shoot whatever trips there is that’s where I’m trying to be. But let me just say I don’t know if I’m ready to be in a car with the kids for 12 hrs because the way my kids are set up they’re going to be asking all kinds of questions 😫 oh lord!

Can you guess where we are going? Also am I crazy to take a 12hr road trip with the kids?

This will probably be the last picture I post about our girls trip because let’s just say all the other ones are pretty much not instagramable 😂 but this trip really thought me a lot. Not just about me but also these women I get to call friends. We all come from different backgrounds and upbringings but somehow we all click. We especially bond over wine, cheese and crackers ya know we’re fancy or whatever😂

But y’all Kamilah and Kason have been thriving in their swim classes at @goldfish_carrolltonwestplano their instructors are so patient with them and so encouraging. Definitely look forward to seeing very Saturday because that’s where we spend all of mornings.
